Sabico SECURITY S.A. on the line to provide a complete security service has an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). ARC has the most advanced equipment, a sophisticated network of redundant data communications (HTTP, fiber optics, radio, LMDS and other) as well as powerful hard disks to record of all events.

The ARC receives and deals with alarm calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, and is staffed with professionals specifically trained for this task.

The main mission of an ARC is to receive, verify and manage alarms. Our ARC is designed to discriminate between primary and secondary alarms, as required by regulations, for filtering out potential false alarms.

SECURITY ALARMS

Security alarms can be of several types:

• Intrusion
• Theft
• Intimidation
• Fire Alarm
• System Tamper

Each of them has a specific response plan.

Also in the field of security, ARC performs other crucial functions, such as:

• Security System Remote Programming
  Any dual-direction security system unit can be connected / disconneted from ARC, either manually or automatically, as well as systems for fault detection and correction of a large number of them.
• Monitoring
  Systems testing connected to ARC, established as per client requests.
• Video-Surveillance
  It is equipped by software to observe the desired locations in real time. This action is automatic for alarm systems associated to video-recorders. Any signal issued from an event sensor located at a protected premise is registered at an ARC hard disk.

ARC is also designed to handle a very broad range of non-security related activities.

  In case of the subscriber press the button available, the accorded sanitary protocol is put into operation.
• Technical Alarms Systems (TAS)
  Systems implemented in our ARC are able to receive any technical parameter, giving the right treatment when exceeded pre-determined limits.
